Xi Jinping, the next Mao or Genghis Kan reincarnation?

An iluminated man said that a China president will be the reincarnation of Genghis Khan and will begin the third world war and nuclear war, but in 10 years more.  Xi Jinping change all the way to do politic in China, dissapearing many enemies from the Chinese Comunist Party, with the excuse of a anticorruption fight, that create many more enemies that could kill him if he will left the presidency, and this could be the reason that Xi Jinping likes to mantain there by 3 o 4 periods, obviously changing the stablishment.  Meanwhile Russians are preparing to a nuclear attack with a simulacrum of one forth of the population ( 40 millions of russians) China is doing bunkers, the parking lot of all buildings are bunkers, with very wide walls and heavy doors.  

Xi Jinping said in the Chinese Comunist Party that Europe is destroyed, and USA have a weak economy, in 10 years ( same that said iluminated man) Russia and China will mantain the new world order, but i think that the project for China is go alone like the only one power nation in the world, China is preparing for the World War, but it will be when China likes, not now.  USA know that and attack Tian Jin port with mini nuclear bombs and invade China sea to enter to the World War III now, but China said no, the WW 3 will be when we will decide and karma is with them. 

The thing that China doesnt know is that if they will begin the ww3, the Mother Nature charge them, with earthquakes and hurricanes, the World War III will be a war without a winner. 

Xi Jinping is the Genghis Khan reincarnation, i dont know, but have many faces of him.  Or maybe the succesor of him.
