[RUN Children Time #1] Winnie the Pooh
Hello STEEMIT. After our recent informative posts on Uganda, we thought it’s about time we took a break and spend some time getting to know our children in the RUN orphanage.
Like any other children their age, the RUN orphanage children enjoy reading tales and cartoons, and of course, they can’t help but to fall for the lovely main characters. Of all the many different characters, Pooh from ‘Winnie the Pooh’ was the most beloved character.
So today, let’s take some time to look into some beautifully inspiring quotes from ‘Winnie the Pooh’ and share the heartwarming experiences with our RUN children.
“A little consideration, a little thought for others makes all the difference.”
“How do you spell love?” “You don’t spell it. You ‘feel’ it.”
“Promise me you’ll remember. You are braver than you believe, stronger than you seem, and smarter than you think.”
Winnie the Pooh is more than just a lovable bear. His stories show us the most beautifully optimistic yet simplistic perspective on life. No wonder the children love him. We’ll come back with more topics to share with our children.
The story continues…
