According to the United Nations Children's Rights Charter and according to the Constitution of Bangladesh, all Bangladeshi people under the age of 18 (18) are considered as children and fourteen (14) to eighteen (18) years of age are counted as teens. During the school, a child under 14 (14) years of age is considered childless by employing or working in productive work without the written consent of his family. Or child labor refers to the time of labor of children directly in production work and indirectly to spend in domestic labor. On 12th June, World Child Labor Day was observed as a Day of Resistance.

The book and pencil that was supposed to be in the hands of the child at the age of time, but the child is forced to find work to provide his food instead. One of the greedy interests of the people of greedy poverty is the opportunity of these poor children to work through their weaknesses. Because the value of labor of these children is very small. Textile and garments, print and embroidery, garments, leather industry, shoes and brick factory are among the sectors which have the tendency of child labor in Bangladesh. Many children are working in garment factories by hiding yet. According to the US Department of Labor, Bangladesh's position in the world is the second in the production of child labor. In the first place, India and the Philippines are in third place.

Different countries have different differences in the age of childhood in different countries due to differences in socioeconomic status, diversity of cultural and values, nature and environment. Again, in the same country there is a difference in the age of child due to the type of work and work environment. As per the UN Child Rights Sanad (1989), all human children under the age of 18 will be called children, if the child is considered as a child under 18 years of age under the applicable law. According to the ILO Convention 138, human child will be called a child under 15 years, but in a risky work, the human child under the age of 18 will be called a child. According to the Bangladesh Labor Act 2006, those who have not completed 14 years of age are called children.

All the workers employed in the age of less than the prescribed age of child labor According to the consensus of experts, child labor in educational and non-institutional areas is harmful to both physically, mentally and morally, and child-bearing and homogenous deprivation labor with the needs and rights of children.
Garment industry is a labor intensive industry. In the production process, there are tremendous work pressure in the factory for lead time management. As a result, the mental health of the employment of the child workers in this industry will not be helpful, the authorities feel that it is applicable to all children irrespective of caste, religion and caste.
For this, in the initial stage of the recruitment process, officers of Human Resource Development are registered with national identity card of applicants for employment and registration of birth.
After the selection, the age of the candidate is determined by the registered physician to make sure the age of the candidate is fixed.
In some cases the authorities accepted the certificate of examination for the age proof of the candidates.
If this institution is proven to have children and teenagers in the organization, then the authority is committed to follow all the rules in accordance with the Ulema / Labor Act below:
No teenager worker can work more than thirty hours in the daily working hours.
No teenager can work more than twenty hours in a total of seven hours a week, with an additional two hours daily.
No work can be done from 7:00 am to 7:00 am in the morning without any teenage worker.
The work of the teenager will be restricted to two runners, and at the time of any turn, the limit will be more than seven and a half hours.
No teen worker can work on multiple organizations in the same day.
No teenage laborer can be employed under the underground or under water.
The procedure prescribed by rules shall show a notice showing the exact time of his work for the teenage hours.
Notwithstanding anything contained in the rules, no work can be done to prevent them from improving their health and learning.
If a teenager works in school, then his work will be determined in such a way that his school does not get bogged down.
All the provisions of this chapter applicable to the teenage workers, as far as possible, will apply to that child worker.
Children are the future leaders of the country. To take the nation forward in the path of prosperity, the overall activities of the development of children need to be taken and implemented on priority basis. Being respected to Bangladesh National Child Policy, the authorities discourage recruitment of child labor at all times.

Infertility of child labor

Children can get worse because of heavy work by child laborers.
The psychological distortion of the child may be more risky or dangerous.
The children are unemployed due to their low fees.
Destroying the country's image in the outskirts.
Due to low salaries and high quality work, the quality of work is not maintained.

I think all of us need to be aware of the learning of the child. At least in the school, the rate of infant child increases.
