Lower delivery fees but higher product fees?

But... Why is this a legal problem in any sense?

First, there's no legitimate law that should control prices of any business, full stop

Secondly, their prices went up in a time where delivery demand skyrocketed and it was very hard to find workers. Why would that be surprising, let alone any kind of actionable offense?

$4.4M is nothing for a company of this size, and I'm sure it's way less than it would cost to fight this in court, but it's still stupid and it should be zero.
