Chia pudding breakfast
recipe is packed with amazing omega 3 and 6's, Not to mention all the protein too ! i made chia pudding using 3 tbsp of chia seeds with 1 cup of almond milk and let it sit for 20 minutes. i added in vanilla essence and a tbsp of maple syrup.
i added on a layer of gluten free oats, banana, soy yogurt, and finally cranberries for the antioxidant boost :) optional: add some pumpkin seeds and a sprinkle of shredded coconut for some crunchy and creamy flavour ..try the recipe yourself and let me know how yours turned out ! !
