Hello, I'm Chef Ellie, from NYC .
I just found out about steemit and the excitement it's causing and I have to tell you I'm so proud to be a part of the future in the making of platforms like steemit.

This is an introductory video ,who's purpose is to introduce myself and the types of food we'll be making on this channel.
these videos are made so that i can give back what I have learned along my 20 years in the field and allow others to better themselves from the knowledge that I have amassed .
