Making Cheese cake

Ingredients

To prepare the base:

Cracked tea biscuits - 110 grams

Melt butter - 40 grams

To prepare the second layer:

Cream cheese - 250 g

Sugar - 50 grams

Gelatin powder - a tablespoon

Boiling water - 40 ml

Vanilla extract - a teaspoon

To prepare the jelly:

Strawberry Jelly - Bucket

Cold water - cup

Boiling water - cup

The method of work

1 - Mix the biscuits with the butter.

  1. Lay the biscuits and leave aside for 30 minutes.
  2. Put the gelatin and boiling water on a water bath and stir the gelatin to melt well.
  3. Mix the cream cheese with the sugar and the vanilla extract in the blender until the mixture is smooth.
  4. Add the gelatin mixture and mix again.
    6 - Put the cream cheese mixture over the biscuits layer then put it in the refrigerator for about 4 hours.
  5. Dip the jelly into the boiling water cup in a large bowl and add to the mixture a cold water cup and stir well.
  6. Pour the jelly over the cheese layer and then insert it
