Great post. You defiantly seem to have a firm grasp on your diet now.
Having a cheat meal now and then actually helps psychologically, like what @kcotton said don't over indulge. But i believe a cheat meal (snack) should me treated as as a reward for maintaining disciple. See you back here tomorrow for part 2!
Oh it is definitely my reward...lol! And I look forward to that reward too. I've learned that it also disciplines me to work harder in my fitness and food choices because I look so forward to that cheat. I only wish someone would make a dairy-free, sugar-free ice cream...LOL...and then again I'm glad they haven't because I would have a bulk supply in my freezer.
