Hello Steemians, as the topic suggest I am sharing the Generosity deeds of to Reel and real life super heroes, who are not only the best in their reel life (Hindi & Marathi film Industries) but they have also become real life heroes of many needy people i.e. the farmers of remote villages in Maharashtra, one of the biggest state of India, by saving lives of thousands in farmers who commit suicide due to no production or less production of farms due to short rain / droughts and poor financial conditions
The two Heroes are

In Short bout NAAM Foundation

NAAM foundation has been started by Nana Patekar and Makarand Anaspure in September 2015. This has emerged after devastating conditions of drought & listening to agony of drought affected farmers in Maharashtra.

NAAM is a manifestation of human spirit in response to the outbreak due to lamented turmoil happening around. NAAM is a movement with honest intentions to facilitate development of disadvantaged villages and lives of people which has now turned into a giant leap. Hope this movement will keep colouring the lives of people in a massive way.

Mission
To build sustainable & progressive society by facilitating development in rural areas by working on different issues like infrastructure, education, employment, food & so on. India would be superpower in coming years only if our villages get self-sufficient & developed.

But yes i would definitely share some of his deeds of Philanthropy

He is known for his simple lifestyle and his generosity in donating to charities.
He contributed money towards rebuilding of the flood ravaged villages in Bihar through the charitable organisation Anubhuthi.
All the monetary remuneration he obtained for his performance in the movie Paathshaala was donated by him to five different charitable organisations.
When he was awarded the Raj Kapoor award which carries a cash prize of Rs 10,00,000, he donated the entire amount towards drought relief activities in Maharashtra.

He also provided financial aid to families of farmers who committed suicide due to indebtedness brought about by drought.

He distributed cheques worth Rs 15,000 to 62 families of farmers from Vidarbha region in August 2015 and another 113 families from Latur and Osmanabad districts of Marathwada in September 2015.

In September 2015, Patekar established an organisation, Naam Foundation, with fellow Marathi actor Makarand Anaspure, which works to provide aid to farmers overcome by drought conditions in Maharashtra, India.

1)Adopted Villages
NAAM foundation has taken complete responsibility to change the face of following villages by adopting them & make them a model village. Villagers are also working with NAAM foundation closely to bring in sea change in their lives and make it a life changing experience for them. Following projects have been initiated, monitored & progressed by NAAM.

1: Water conservation projects to make villages 100% water sufficient thereby improve economic conditions & standard of living.
2: Garbage & waste water management.
3: Sanitary infrastructure – toilets to all, drainage etc.
4: RO plants for drinking water.
5: Houses for the people below poverty line families.
6: Tree plantation.
7: Village De addiction.
8: Community & group farming.
9: Village cleaning.
10: Education.
11: Employment Generation.
12: Women groups, gram sabha & local committees are formed to monitor progress of the initiatives taken by NAAM.

2)River Rejuvenation

1. Sewing Cluster
   A cluster of women in various villages, where they would stitch products which would be then sold under the name of NAAM foundation. total 600 Sewing machines have been distributed in Andhari, Palshi Pirola, Hatti, Beed, Zari, Watwada, Bansarola.
   

Much more work is being carried out by the "NAAM" Foundations and the two Reel and Real Life Heroes...
