North Bound
It might be just the road, but I think this is one of my favorite photos of the run so far.
Taken in the morning as I headed out from Westwood.

Thanks to the Gracemere RSL for their warm welcome when Run For Resilience, Campfire Sessions with Fee Mc and the gang arrived into Rockhampton on the 9th.
Here's what they wrote in a post about our visit >>
"It was great to meet you all and we wish you every success with advocating for the training of soldiers to come home from overseas deployments as well as, if not better than, they are trained for deployment. What an ambassador you are Wayne through Resurrected- Surviving PTSD, and wonderful that you are pursuing what you love to do - running - your choice as your coping mechanism post-deployment/service, and as you pointed out, running is not for everyone, but if soldiers are able to find what it is that helps them chill out they would cope better with life post deployment and the trauma some find with integration into civilian life".
Thank you Gracemere RSL 🙏
