This is such a cool project. This will help out to show people what Steemit can really do. Maybe we can even create more Steem Houses.
You're definitely not the first person to suggest such a thing, and it's made us seriously consider the idea...
I think it would be worth at least exploring into after you see how successful this first one is. If it's not successful, than something else could be tried.
