Global social inclusion

One of the purposes o Charax is to concede to every person the chance to be an integral part of a community of every order of size, from the most simple relationship between two people to the whole world. This happens because every community is included or is part of another community, therefore even being part of a group of friends is like being part of the whole city, which is part of a region, and so on. Basing on this observation - called holacracy in an organizational system context - it’s obvious our choice to not give a geographical limit to Charax diffusion, applying the concept of social inclusion on a global scale, since every problem that concerns the community, as small it could be, as far or different it could seem, concerns the whole world.

Starting point for inclusion

In today’s social-economic system the only mean to grant a first form of social parity is money or anything could represent a value expressed as a capital. Even cryptocurrencies seem like this, even if their value fluctuation leave not few doubts on using them in contexts that need a certain stability, capable of limit the inflation, offering a value which could be subjected to fluctuations in a small percentage and fair in earning possibilities.

The path from distributed to centralized wealth

Since world nominal wealth is voluntarily limited in order to avoid the uprising on any inflationistic problem and, meanwhile, since it is linked to natural resources which are limited, an increase of wealth of a person equals to the decrease of another’s. In today’s panorama, there are only few Countries that have a wealth superior than the sum of tenths of other nations. The USA, for example, has a Gross Domestic Product that is about three times bigger than the sum of the GDP of the whole Sud America and about 800 billions higher than the sum of the GDP of China and Sud America. The GDP of Germany is 35% higher than India’s one even if Indian population is 16 times bigger than Germany’ one (reference values are updated to 2017). Is is not a coincidence that world’s biggest multinational corporations belong to Nations mentioned before, powerful tools that centralize huge amount of wealth in their own Countries damaging others. This phenomenon is one of the most controversial - or eve negative - aspects of globalization.

The scale of relationships

The things shown before are just a small part of the data tanto supports the thesis of the difference of the distribution of wealth in the world. According to a research carried by the International Association for Research in Income and Wealth, distribution of wealth is way more unequal that the distribution of the income. From this information we can understand how big, and sometimes even abstract, are the differences between social classes and how these differences, through the time, tend to increase more and more, making rich people richer and poor people more poor. Charax social rewarding model offers instead the chance to self sustain users and their own little community, while encouraging the birth of productive communities that, according to the holon model shown before, could include in their totality such a number of people to reach the status of economic model which will guarantee the independence from the malevolent outer pressures end the inner pressures that are strongly based on hierarchy. A model in which people create added value that can allow create wealth and reinforce those bounds that make a community rich and solid.
