Steem Video Challenge: Season 1 [Steemit Engagement Challenge Idea]

Today I am pleased to be applying again to the Steemit Engagement Challenge this time proposing a new idea that I am sure people will like a lot, let me tell you a little more about the Steem Video Challenge.
First of all, I introduce myself to those who don't know me:

Hi, I’m Alejos7ven from Venezuela (@alejos7ven)
I am Jose De Marzo, a graphic designer and developer from Venezuela. I started on the platform through a job offer as a software developer and little by little I was integrating the blog as such. My activities on the blog began with a curation project called @steem-seven which stopped for a while and was strongly reactivated a few months ago.
A short time later I joined as a Community Manager in Comunidad Latina where I have developed and together with a great team we have taken the project on a very good path.
Among the applications I have developed for steem I can mention https://ecosynthesizer.com which is owned by @symbionts, and others such as http://t.me/steem_cotify_bot in collaboration with @cotina and https://steemways.com together with the Steem Seven team. In addition to some other open source projects on my Github
I am a main moderator in Comunidad Latina for more than 24 months maintaining the post and active keys; I worked together with the Newcommers community as a Greeter in it where I supported @cryptokannon with several curation bots for steemcurator03;
I support several communities such as Colombia Original with the automated payment of rewards to delegates. I consider myself someone who prioritizes responsibility and transparency.
The Core Idea
This challenge, as I already mentioned, will consist of the creation of content for Steem in video format, each week I will propose three special words and users must develop a creative video with those words and publish it on the platform.
Example: Notebook, pencil, eraser. The user will be able to develop a video involving the 3 selected words, in this case, maybe he can make a drawing, or some craft with those materials.
I know that many people may not know how to upload a video to the platform. Currently there is no direct method, so the logic is simple, you can upload videos to YouTube and add the link in your post.
To promote video content in Steem I have created a tool that allows you to easily publish them:

I will make sure to provide tutorials to facilitate entry for anyone before launching the official challenges, this is a very good opportunity to boost video content creators in Steem.

From here I will be able to develop a service 100% dedicated to video content in Steem, which I am sure will be a potential attractor of new audiences to our ecosystem.
The rules
- Detecting videos generated by AI is much easier, so they will not be allowed.
- The user must use his own voice, images / music of free use, duly referenced.
- The videos must last at least 3 minutes.
- The quality (steg, editing, impact, effects) will count to win in this challenge.
NOTE: I can currently attend video content in Spanish or English, however, any language will be well understood and I promise to seek help from the community if necessary in cases where I cannot understand.
This sounds like a great idea, and as you mentioned, it’s a good way to eliminate writers who rely on AI. However, writing a high-quality post takes 1–2 hours, while creating and editing a video takes 8–10 hours. I doubt many people will want to invest that much time, especially in an era where curation rewards often don’t even cover the cost of a loaf of bread.
Additionally, there are people who use Google Translate to write in English, they won't make a video in English. Perhaps they can make videos in their native language, but then I wouldn’t understand a single word of, say, an Indonesian blogger’s content.
There is the possibility to add multi-language subtitles, Ill research on this and share proper tutorials if needed.
And yes, make a video could take more time, specially if you appear in the video, maybe @steemcurator01, @steemcurator02 can give higher votes to high quality videos, Ill make sure to implement a good grading system to achieve this.

Hola alejo! algunas aplicaciones gratuitas han quitado la función para agregar incluso subtítulos en el mismo idioma, eso hace que sea un poco mas complicado el hacer videos con subtítulos en ingles (o otro idioma que no se maneje en el video). Esperare con ansias algún tutorial sobre alguna solución jeje

Good to encourage the use of video, but it might produce more interesting and fulfilling videos if the prompts are more directed, for example...
Interesting to see your Video Studio tool. What is the advantage of using that rather just dropping a YouTube link into a post on Steemit?

Sure, we can try several video activities each week , something like:

The idea is ask for interesting content but in video format to make the people to adopt it and see new things.
The main idea of the video studio is to make it easier for content creators to interact with Steem, allowing them to easily publish their videos, without having to use Mark Down, they simply have to add the details of their video and click on publish.
This tool is at a very primitive stage, I am currently developing a much more professional interface for video content, in fact, the first beta version is about to come out. You'll see more information about this soon.

This is very much nice idea, I recently participated in one of the video giveaway it's really helps and boost person courage to create and edit video. So the platform is also user friendly I enjoyed using it too.
