I'm using BAM https://boincstats.com for monitoring the performance of my hosts and control the assigned projects.
Through gridcoinstats you will only see the summary of all hosts.
Combining both you will get some input to optimize your workload.

Till you haven't got a reward since more then one year I think if you get payed out your "estimated research owed" will get divided, cause only for the last half year you will get rewards.
