If you are looking at your growth in terms of post value there are a number of factors that have changed this.

First of all there was that F19, which changed the value of votes somewhat ( I don't really understand this because I only joined a couple of days before.

Also don't forget the price of Steem on the market impacts all of this, and this is way way down.

You need to look at the vote count. Has your posts grown in terms of vote count. If you have more votes now then you can assume that more minnows are voting for your post, with a lower $ attached to the vote. Higher number of votes is a sign of growth

I would also be looking at engagement on your posts. Are you getting many comments? Are you getting more comments than before? If you are then there is a sign of growth. If not then you could try adding something thought provoking or controversial into the post and work on that side
