2017-07-31 Thoughts For The Day - Bot Today, Gone Tomorrow

This is a general Rant here on this Steem Blockchain.

I just received an award from 14 people I do not know.
Even if they read my post, they did not Comment, - why would they, they are just members of yet another Bot (@steemitboard).

Equality is not found in our world
(see the Wealth/Poverty Gap:)

Yesterday here on Steemit, the wealthy 'paper millionaires' numbered 30. The top 600 owned or controlled roughly 45% of the wealth compared to the rest of the 143,600 Steemians.

Inequality here too!

As technology continues to evolve, we are turning more and more over to Bots - Computer programs built by one person and operated by one or more humans for “the Common Good”, or “for their Own Good”.

I would rather have 14 unknowns add their “nice” or “not so nice” and then add their $.001 to my growing bounty here at Steem, than flatter me with an award for our collective enrichment, and then have the nerve to cover my account name with their Bot name as my first reply.
Wouldn't it be wonderful to have even one or two add a “why they liked or disliked my work!” to their Bot reply….

If we continue in this direction, we will eventually find our ability to make decisions for ourselves is gone, turned over to the very creatures we develop, to help make our lives more enjoyable and rewarding.

One of the latest Bots uses preMined Steem Accounts at “20% cheaper than market price”, and then uses these new accounts to upVote dozens and dozens of times! (see an example of the Bot in action here @calaber24p/online-gaming-bot-use-and-its-relevance-to-the-real-world , and then look at All the Voters...)

Please ReSteem if you agree with the Post.

and if you are a member of the Badger315 Bot family, please upVote this Post lots to add to my Curation Rewards….$ $ $ $
