Yes! Latin Chai Latte. This version of chai has Mate tea, instead of black tea. It so delicious, I tried it for the very first time today, after a very busy morning.
@danivannova and I went to Polen, a vegan and healthy coffee place in Providencia a neighborhood in Santiago de Chile

Recipe:

Mate tea
Ginger
Cardamom
Anise
Chilli
Nutmeg
Orange
Calendula petals

I personally drink chai with oatmeal milk, because it is gentle with others aromas and flavours. Other plant-based milk options as rice and soja are still very gentle. Coconut milk is delicious BUT it is very intense and has a very strong flavour and It may overshadow the characteristics of the chai.
