Dried Fish Dish

My eldest brother had stopped-by with her daughter as his companion goin to here just to give some of his Papaya fruit and Banana harvest. He also gave some to my sister and one of my brother who lives quite far from our home and necessitates to use a vehicle to go there.
So my parents had gone there to hand-down some of the Papaya and before my parents go back here, my brother gave them some fried noodles because it was their breakfast that morning and then some of these dried fish which my mother had fried yesterday and that was our lunch.
I only ate the knife fish we call "Espada" or Sword in English but this fish is not a Swordfish but that young Espada that grows big and long and sometimes get washed ashore dead already and has an urban legend that when it happens, some tragic even will follow.
Prior to the frying of these dried fish, I told my mother to wash them first because they are too salty. That is why I was only able to eat a couple of these fishes with some rice and a serving of half-ripe Indian Mango fruit that one of our neighbors gave my mother because he saw my mother looking at his Mango tree full of fruits, he also gave my Mother some small but ripe Papaya fruits as well with the assistance of one of his men or employees.
Anyway, I might buy some dried fish soon and this dried Espada will be one of them because it is not as salty as the other one that I have to be careful in eating because it has sharp bones that can poke my mouth and throat and that will not be a convenient thing to happen if not painful. There are some options to buy instead of it like dried squid with many varieties and they are delicious, well if you have an acquired taste for them.
