I have been putting the ccc tag nearer to the first, so perhaps because I put it 5th on that post, it didn't work properly.

The order of the tags should not be an issue. I have been putting it in the end and my posts were coming out just fine. Anyway, it's a good thing that your posts are now coming out under the #ccc tag.
What do you mean the reward is still out there?
Reward for figuring out what caused the problem and how to resolve it.
@manuel78 has many posts with #ccc as the last tag and these posts don't show up in #ccc.
