Dude, I cannot wait until Steem is in a position to take down youtube. Terrible for censoring the miracle of Cannabis. Plus its legal to grow and consume hemp in many places so not even sure their issue with this. I've seen lots growing wild all over the the Canadian prairies!

Paper towel isn't totally necessary. it just lets you know which seeds are good before you plant them.
Get a paper towel. Fold it a few times so it's thick. Then soak it with water. Place a few seeds inside and fold the wet paper towel over them. Check it after 24 hours -- then about every 12 hours.
Once they sprout, you just carefully place them into your dirt (preferably root down)
