Patty getting some pleasure just sitting in a box. When the cats get bored of the box I just change the position and it becomes all new to them.

Great shots. They do love boxes. My son bought an expensive cat tree for his two kitties that are living with us for now. The use the scratching posts part of it, but ignore the beautiful sleeping area. They much prefer a paper bag or a box!
I have 5 foot tall cat trees all over the place and well used.
They loved the old one that was made of carpet, but the new one is wooden, more like a piece of furniture!!
Mine are carpet and are making a mess, but like you say they like tearing into them.
Yes, it was torn to shreds, so he thought he would buy a nice one. LOL!
