Part One: Tita Juls is on her way to becoming the neighborhood cat lady
Apparently, petting cats and looking at cat pictures reduce stress.
But not for Tita Juls in this case.
She wanted to share a few of her cat’s pictures, so she decided to take pictures and share the love.
However one of their House Cats just wouldn’t cooperate, and Tita Juls ended up with these fairly unuseable pictures:
Since he wouldn’t sit still and was busy patrolling the house, the rest of the cats didn’t cooperate as well. (To be featured in the future.)
Tita Juls heaved an exasperated sigh and rolled her eyes, and caught him giving her the stink eye.
Definition of terms for future posts featuring Tita Juls’ cats:
Family Cat – Third generation and has been with Tita Juls and Human Family circa ‘99
House Cat – Appeared out of nowhere, comes and goes as they please, eats and drinks then goes off somewhere (maybe to their Second House), and only returns when Second House has run out of cat food
Stray Cat – rummages through the garbage across the street and comes by sometimes to befriend Family Cat or House Cat, and runs away whenever a Human Tita or Tito approaches
Kitten Cat – youngest in the household and is a little spoiled
Stay tuned, everyone! This story will feature more of Tita Juls' cats, maybe even the stray if s/he will consent to humans taking his/her picture.
British cat owners spend roughly 550 million pounds yearly on cat food.
Good thing Tita Juls doesn't buy much cat food then. Sticks to organic. 😁
The largest cat breed is the Ragdoll. Male Ragdolls weigh between 12 and 20 lbs (5.4-9.0 k). Females weigh between 10 and 15 lbs (4.5-6.8 k).
Is it because of cat food?
In one stride, a cheetah can cover 23 to 26 feet (7 to 8 meters).
I love cats! I used to have 7, unfortunately I had to let go of 3 - the last one was in november. It still hurts so much :0(
4 of them left, all between the age of 17 and 21.
Other people have children, I have my cats. I've been called the crazy cat lady a number of times, because I can be very obsessed and protective... :0)
Oh no, how do you mean, let go?
As in ‘they died’ :,0(
Aw I'm sorry to hear that! I had two beloved cats who died awhile back and my heart was broken, cried for weeks, so Tita Juls can #relate T_T

Thanks.
I'm still so sad about it.
First the cat, who had been diagnosed very aggressive cancer in september - those 9 weeks between the diagnose and the decision to let her go really got me into a depression - and then, only 10 days later, the dog suddenly passed away... It was one hell of a winter...
(I can't even just type this without crying my eyes out)
I'm truly sorry to hear that. Pets are family and when they go... it just creates a void.
I remember when I was in grad school our dog died, and I was crying during enrollment. I didn't care if I looked miserable because I really was! He was our dog and was with me when the parental unit was away, so he was my companion and looked after me. Sometimes I felt guilty because I didn't feel like I had done enough.
It was the same with my favorite cat before, when he was dying (of old age) I really couldn't go to work because I didn't want to miss him, so I stayed beside him until the end. He said 'meow' and purred when I petted him for the last time.
There, we're both crying! I only take solace that all pets go to heaven and are watching over us humans.
Cheer up @simplymike! They are around 😢😊
Thanks for understanding, @titajuls.
