Cats live debt free

in #cat7 years ago

This is my newly rescued kitten named Echoson. He was crying so loud i heard him across a four lane street at a tire shop. It was night time and my music was playing pretty loud but we still heard this cry for help.

I cross the street and i see a black and white kitten look but run so quickly. There was a hesitation because of the engery i was giving off that i was not there to hurt him.

I continue to follow him around the building and he is boxed in with some old tires. There was enough room for him to squeeze through a crack and he made that choice not to go when i reached for him. He hissed and thought about scratching me but in reality did nothing.

I picked him up and held him close. He smelled of dirty and old motor oil. His hair was very dry and sticky in places. His white spots were a dark grayish color. I couldnt wait to give him a bath.

Took him to the car and you could just tell he was grateful to be in a warm place. I immediately went and got gas station (most expensive price ever) cat cans of food. He was still a baby that was unsure of how to eat food or drink water.

Got him home and my first thought was giving him a bath was going to be a disaster. Once he was in the water and soap applied, nothing..... you could just tell he was more than happy he was getting clean. No cries no scratches, nothing. Once he was dried we feed him again and he passed out.

Now he roams the house like he owns it. Stands up to the big cats with ease. But they all love him and lick his forehead because he cant quite clean himself like they do.

One big happy family. Oh did i mention that i have a pitbull too, he loves to snuggle up with him.
