Unidos por una buena causa - United for a good cause

Recientemente empezamos una tarea con el objetivo de conseguir fondos que permitieran comprar útiles escolares para un pequeño grupo de niños venezolanos.

Recently we started a task with the objective of obtaining funds that would allow us to buy school supplies for a small group of Venezuelan children.

Por razones de seguridad algunos aspectos de esta labor, algunos nombres de los implicados y sus direcciones, se mantendrán confidenciales.

For security reasons some aspects of this work, some names of those involved and their addresses, will remain confidential.

Con estos fondos se consiguieron cambiar 568.42 bolívares soberanos. Con estos se compraron los siguientes productos:

With these funds they were able to change 568.42 sovereign bolivars. With these the following products were purchased:

4 Cuadernos una línea / 4 notebooks "one line"

10 Lápices de grafito / 10 Graphite pencils

4 Borradores de goma / 4 Rubber Erasers

2 Cajas de lápices de colores / 2 boxes of coloring pencils

En esta primera etapa de prueba se benefició a tres niños de dos familias diferentes. Fueron seleccionados por estar entre los más necesitados del grupo.

In this first stage of the trial, three children from two different families were benefited. They were selected because they were among the most needy of the group.

Deseamos ayudar a otros niños, aún faltan unos 20 de ellos, aunque sabemos que quizá no podamos llegar a todos. En el país la inflación aumenta el valor de las cosas muy rápido y por ahora solo pudimos entregar artículos esenciales, los más necesarios. Esperamos motivar a más de ustedes a ayudar con esta buena causa. Al precio actual del STEEM (para el momento de esta publicación), se necesitarían unos 3 Steem aproximadamente por niño para equiparlos con lo básico.

We want to help other children, there are still about 20 of them, although we know that we may not be able to reach everyone. In the country, inflation increases the value of things very quickly and for now we could only deliver essential items, the most necessary. We hope to motivate more of you to help with this good cause. At the current STEEM price (at the time of this publication), about 3 Steem per child would be needed to equip them with the basics.
