The character Pepee is a 4-year-old boy with speech difficulties and the character's name comes from the word "pepe", which is used by people who have difficulty speaking in Anatolia . Pepee overcomes speech difficulties and begins to speak properly in the later parts of the cartoon . He also loves his brother in the cartoon.
