Dream Car or Far Fetched Dream?

The Koenigsegg Regera is one of the most interesting cars I've ever seen. It is capable of a whopping 410km/h (255mp/h) in what is essentially one gear. A massive innovation in automobile technology, the KDD or Koenigsegg Direct Drive (I'm not even going to act like I know how it works.) It provides a smooth driving sensation that allows for seamless driving using a hydraulic coupling. It's a power-house, boasting 1500 Horsepower, now that seems like a lot, and it is, in fact for a car that has a curb weight (weight with all liquids and full fuel tank) of 1590KG that's nearly a 1:1 power ratio and almost 1000 Horsepower per Metric ton. If that doesn't impress you, maybe the interior and exterior luxuries will. Lets start with the DRL

I mean who wants normal lights when your car's lights can look like stars? Now that is one cool feature, which is why this is my dream car. I have made it my life's goal to one day purchase this car. Or any Koenigsegg for that matter, the brand just intrigues me. But nonetheless the Constellation DRL is one amazing example of attention to detail.

Hydraulic Doors

Of course a car that costs upwards of $2.7 Million USD has doors that open at the push of a button, I mean doors? Who pays 3 Million Dollars to open doors!!?? Both the 2 Side doors, the hood and the trunk open hydraulically. With the option to open them on the screen in the car, which we will cover soon. Keep in mind there are still handles on the inside of the doors to get out with, if for some reason you aren't in touch with your inner child and don't like the hydraulics.

Design

I'd be lying if i said that this isn't one of the most Beautiful things my eyes have ever gazed upon. In fact I would go as far as saying this is the Second most beautiful collection of matter in the universe (my gorgeous girlfriend being the first).
The Regera is much more than just a car, its a monster, a beautiful, scary, dangerous, roaring monster. The front of the car looks like it wants to attack you, but it's so beautiful you wouldn't mind being hit by it at 300km/h. The back of The Regera looks so elegant. It gives the car an element of sophistication and detail that is second to none. The 3 vertical strips of light on each side makes me want to cry tears of joy. It is a piece of art, as all exotic cars should be. The Regera designers must have been on some of the best stuff on the market, even standing still the car looks like its going immensely fast. I love everything about The Koenigsegg Regera!

Interior

Just looking at the interior makes me feel richer/ or poorer depending on the way you look at it.
Premium leather with the infotainment system that works even when wearing gloves. This is where you can ope the doors hydraulically and get your statistics of the car. I think we live in a generation where a car like this might be regarded as royalty, people who own and drive these cars are considered to be gods, and we treat them like it. Which isn't all that surprising, they are the richest of the rich.
