If we discovered another planet with life, should we declare the entire planet a national park or colonize it and privatize its lands and resources?

Which is the Christian way, the selfish privatization way, or the common ownership and preservation way?

This is why private property isn’t a good thing regarding scarce, unique resources like land and perhaps celestial bodies.

You own your property to the detriment of public access, enjoyment and eligibility. What is worse is you can exploit the land or resource and vindicate yourself by saying “it’s my property I can do whatever I want”.
