White Gov. gave power over to a Black Gov. in 1994 in S. Africa. That was so very successful, happy and stron where no one went hungry, and it was being organised along Swiss line. Already five Black tribes were becoming very successful with that Apartheid Governments help -financial and otherwise. Separate Developement was working so well.

Twenty five years later the Black people are reverting to cannibalism! Not only that but the country is wrecked. The electricity hardly works, the super succesful air line is broke, so is the post office and the state run broadcasting.
Actually, nothing is working - not even the sewage system is intact!

And the Blacks are reverting to cannibalism!

It seems to me that they would be better advised to feel grateful that White Western Civilization arrived to help themour of their savage, brutal, brutish lives.
