Hey! Yes, I don't think honey will do too well making homemade Jolly Ranchers. Perhaps I'll try a small batch someday. 😊
If you figure out ANY way to make candy from honey without any table sugar or corn syrup, please let me know. I want to do the same thing, but cooking is not my passion. :) Thanks!
