RE: Day #61, Harvest Day 4 My Delhi Friend

Most strains I have grown get better the longer they go, I am always way to ready to cut & smoke them so haven’t let anything go past it’s prime. I usually cut when trichomes are milky, when they turn Amber people say it’s done done. The trichomes on this plant are milky, didn’t see any amber

Ok I see. It's hard to wait any longer when they get to the point of deliciousness haha. Is there a fine line between done and when they start getting bud rot?

I think if your environment is good there’s a big margin of error for bud rot. If you’re inside & your humidity is under control & plants have room to breathe u should never have rot, but there’s a point when they don’t get any better supposedly. If you’re growing outdoors in a rainy fall climate u will harvest early or you will get bud rot. I grew outside for 3 years before and learned a lot about environmental stress & bud rot.

Oh I see. That's why I got bud rot then. It's super wet and damp and dewy here in the fall. So outdoors is not a good climate for growing. So early picking is the best bet well next to an indoor setup that is

Or auto flowers outside can finish before the rains! Outdoor is great but it takes a lot of searching or luck to find a strain that does really well outdoors. The best part about outdoors is you can grow monsters!

Looking forward to spring again!! :)

Never too early to start building beds & soil! Gonna go outside & drop some clover seeds in my beds now !

You're so right.
