water has killed more people then marijuana.
Medical marijuana with doctors prescription already available and legal in Canada... starting July 1st Recreational marijuana will also be legal for people over 18 similar to alcohol ...
I'm not sure ... I think they use more cbd than thc to help with pain and other illness....
