Calorie Balance
On the day we do sports for an hour, we turn to healthy meals so that the pain is not wasted. No pain or no gain.
When we do sports, we feel ourselves more positive with the effect of the hormones of happiness that we secrete. So we don't normally do psychological food that we're doing.
It is always psychological hunger to open the refrigerator door and think in front of us, to mix the junk food drawer 2 hours ago. After the sport, there is a lot of excitement and happiness in us that a slice of pizza or 1 mold of chocolate cannot give. We've already released endorphins, we don't need hamburgers on the pizza.
Calorie balance is also a fact. If we burn more calories than food, we lose weight. On the day we do sports, we will drop 500, 600, 700 calories from the stocks and one week later the leather turns into us as jeans.
If our nutrition is not 95% healthy, we cannot reach our goals if we do sports 7 days a week. Nutrition is the most important factor in staying healthy and weakening.
