California Is Governed By Assholes

California has problems, I’d even go out on a limb and say most of these problems have been caused by its politicians. There are homeless encampments everywhere (be careful not to step in human shit), about 1/3 of all its residents are on welfare and people with HIV no longer have to inform their sexual partners of their medical status.

I haven't even scraped the surface, that is just a taste of this States lunacy! So how do legislators decide to justify their existence? By passing laws, about black hairstyles. 🙄
