Yes 420 means "let's meet in the quad at 4:20pm to smoke pot" @briandenver in Denver Colorado where pot is legal all the smoker meet on the lawn of the capital building. They have been meeting there on April 20th for many years, even before it was legal.
I don't smoke the Mary Jane, but as a part time Uber driver I see a lot of stoned people.
