Steamed Brownies are not complicated and easy to make
Ingredients :
- 4 eggs
- 12 Sugar Spoons
- 1 teaspoon of bread powder
- 1 teaspoon of baking soda
- 1 Teaspoon Softener cake
Mix all the ingredients above and stir by using a fork or shake it manually for about 10 minutes or up to 15 minutes until everything dissolves.
- 10 tablespoons of Wheat Flour
- 10 tablespoons Chocolate powder
Sift the flour and chocolate powder simultaneously in one place, then put the wheat flour and powdered chocolate into the previous egg dough.
- 10/12 tablespoon Sweetened condensed milk chocolate / white
- 10 tablespoons Warm water
Mix both ingredients above until dissolved, then put into the paste of flour.
- 10 spoonfuls Vegetable oil
Enter the vegetable oil into the dough, stir until well blended.
The dough is ready to be steamed ...
- Finished
- Ready to served
Caution:
- Preheat the pan first with medium fire is not too big
- Apply margarine on cookie mold to avoid stickiness
- Use a clean cloth napkin to cover the lid of the pan so no steam water falling brownie cake...👌
