Thank you for the really simple explanation - managed to get it done with no dramas - in fact, you can also go in to "send" then copy the address from the bot if you can't remember how much you have or how much you want to send. You still get the same response from the bot :)
Glad it helped @nickyhavey. I thought it would be harder than it was. I am actually quite enjoying the ease of use and usability of the byteballs. The fact they just gave them to us for free helps too. :)
