Tariffs are prayed by the consumer. They can change consumption and or put pressure on other states and economic actors but as far as money that gets collected it comes from the consumer. We need balanced trade flows. We must end the export of debt in exchange for goods and services. End the federal reserve bank (Un-fed Un-reserve). Be your own bank (gold, silver, real stuff) and work to educate everyone to the need for money not currency and limited government.
