Know the seven initial symptoms of diabetes
Dr. Samar Yorde explained the initial symptoms to recognize diabetes. He also noted that a person suffering from this disease can lead a normal life.
The symptoms
Feeling very thirsty and needing frequent urination: These are the first typical signs of diabetes. The reason for feeling very thirsty and needing to urinate frequently is the excess of glucose or accumulated blood sugar.
Fatigue: Another of the first symptoms of diabetes is fatigue without apparent reasons. A diabetic's body does not have the insulin it needs for blood sugar to enter cells, where it becomes energy
Weight loss: At the beginning of the disease you can also lose weight, without apparent reasons.
Blurred vision: Many people in the early stages begin to notice problems with their eyesight, especially blurred vision.
Sores or bruises that take time to heal and frequent infections: They are more frequent in diabetics. High glucose levels interfere with the body's natural healing process and its ability to fight infections.
Numbness or tingling in the feet: The increase in blood sugar can lead to damage to the nerve endings.
Red, swollen or painful gums: Diabetes can weaken your body's ability to fight germs. It is important to look at possible signs and detect the disease in its infancy before it can cause damage to the body
