Beta 1.1 Release (Patch Notes)

This patch is a list of bug fixes and changes that I have put together so far this week. I have been playing the game a lot lately to find as many issues as I can.
- Vending machines now properly display on automap even on random gen levels.
- Death location now appears on automap.
- Death Icon visuals have been improved.
- Elemental enemies affixes have been reworked to be more clear.
- Major bug with the slayer advancements have been addressed.
- Advancement for slayer challenges now display how many enemies have been slayed.
- Slayer Advancement rewards have been adjusted.
- Hellish shotgun and hellish double barrel shotguns now deal fire damage.
- All energy weapons now deal ICE damage.
- Lightning gun now renamed to Ice Lance.
- Reworked the wording of some fragments on the advancement tab.
- New Game + functionality is still now accessible with a secret area in the hub.
- Sanctuary screenshot has been properly updated.
- Level cap raised now displays the correct amount it was raised by.
- Removed random gen levels from Trial missions.
- Loading screen should appear more reliably on all transitions.
- You can now know what floor you are on by looking at the loading screen.
- Number of levels per mission is now more accurately displayed.
- Shotgun guy accuracy and damage have been reduced
- Difficulty of random generation levels has been adjusted for a smoother experience.
