Enhanced Votes Graph 3 February 2019
Steem Basic Income
Steem Basic Income is a social experiment to bring a basic income to as many Steemians as possible. Members join by sponsoring others into the program. Steem Basic Income is delivered through providing regular upvotes to member content.
Enhanced Votes Graph
We last published this graph that 'maps' the interrelationships in our member pool two weeks ago. Here is our graph and analysis from last time we published it:
https://steemit.com/busy/@steembasicincome/enhanced-votes-graph-27-january-2019
And here is the graph from this week:
(img source http://www.steemreports.com/votes-graph-enhanced/?accounts=steembasicincome)
It only shows people that regularly upvote each other or @steembasicincome, or have high subscription levels for regular upvotes that are too big for our smaller voting accounts to deliver. That makes sense, because we have over 6000 active members across ten pools. All of those interrelationships would be too much for this chart.
Member spotlight: @steemitbloggers
Both @steemitbloggers and @team-cn actively use Steem Basic Income as a resource to support their programs, and both asked us to endorse them for the big @theycallmedan contest. Since they were both finalists, we did not feel right about endorsing either. We are sorry that they both missed out, but @votovzla certainly deserves a big delegation for their own curation efforts in Venezuela.
We think that @steemitbloggers is a great program for Steemians still looking for a home, and they deserve a little more attention (even though we could not give our endorsement). Let's look at their enhanced votes graph :
This is the most dense voting graph I have ever seen! We can only aspire to this level of cohesion (and will probably never get it, since that's not how our program is designed to function.) Major kudos to @steemitbloggers for creating a home where people so strongly and actively support each other! We have two accounts that make an appearance here, and we are happy to be a peripheral support to this amazing communities. My apologies that we could not endorse you for the contest.
Change the account name in the Steem Reports link to any account you want to look at:

Upvoting Bonuses
Each time we receive author rewards for a post or comment by any official SBI account, we identify the value that each member added to the reward using their upvotes. That value will be added to the member's balance, with a multiplier of 1.34x.
For example, if you upvote us by $0.10, then $0.134 would be added to your balance when the post pays out. This would result in you receiving $0.10 back, even after curation rewards. In most cases, this means that a vote for SBI is more profitable than a self-vote.
You are rewarded directly for your contribution to the long-term sustainability of the program! You do still have to be enrolled in @steembasicincome to receive this benefit.
Enrollment
If you want to get involved, or to increase the share of basic income that you receive, enrollment is pretty straightforward:
Just send 1 STEEM to @steembasicincome. Include the name of a Steemian to sponsor in the transaction memo (preceded by @). You and the person you sponsor will each receive 1 unit in the program. You can sponsor any active Steemian, it does not have to be a current member.
If you're unclear, please check out our full transaction memo guidelines and then let us know if you have any questions.

The official currency for enrollment is STEEM. If we choose to accept SBD without refunding it, you do not receive extra value for it.
Enrollments are processed automatically every 144 minutes. Confirmation transactions are still manual and typically are sent within 2-3 days. Even if you have not received a welcome transaction, you can check your status using !sbi status
in any post or comment.
Questions?
Check out our Steem Basic Income FAQ Contest to see member responses to the most common questions we receive. We are still tabulating the scores, but soon we will be collecting the best responses into a new FAQ and announcing the winners.
If you still have questions, ask in the comments section below, or join us in our discord channel. To review your counts, try adding !sbi status to your posts or comments. If you'd prefer to keep your lookups off-chain, there is a similar lookup tool available on our Discord server.
Global Block Builders
Steem Creators Conference is now Global Block Builders. We are happy to have been invited back for our third appearance. Join us in Austin, TX, USA from April 10 through 13.

I too was happy that the Venezuela support grouo won the delegation as it will be great to see how it helps the ever growing community we are seeing from the country here as they seek to thrive here in the ecosystem through adversity. It would be great to see some joining this project as well.

We definitely think that the delegation will do a lot of good in @votovzla's hands, so long as they manage it correctly.
That's a nice tight knit group, I'm glad to be a part of @steemitbloggers (#powerhousecreatives)
It's rather amazing, isn't it?
