Health Risks from Most Sleep
Enough sleep is very good for body health. The duration of sleep should also be adjusted for age.
Experts from the National Sleep Foundation state that someone is said to have enough sleep if he sleeps around 7-9 hours a day. This applies to ages 18 to 64 years. Babies, children and the elderly (elderly) have different sleep needs. So, less than 7 hours are said to be sleep deprived and more than 9 hours have been categorized as excessive sleep.
