You know "senduduk or keduduk"? Lest many do not know about this plant. Yes, "senduduk" is a kind of tropical plant that grows around human beings and also in forests or bushes.
The "senduduk" with these names are found in Sumatra, Borneo, Malay Peninsula and other tropical regions. The leaves are somewhat similar to the leaves of the empuyan, but the leaves of "senduduk" are filled with rather miang feathers.
The children usually eat the fruits of "senduduk" that have been ripe and blackened because it tastes sweet enough mixed with chelate. Because of the soft texture of the fruit like ice, this fruit is easily melted in the mouth and eventually leave the extreme color on the tongue and lips, which is a black or purple.
But this fruit is also often used as a drug wound.
