VISION OF THE FUTURE TO BUILD A GREAT COUNTRY

Hello Friends steemians, in Latin America and the Caribbean, the first towns and then cities, were built based on the needs of security, food and control, by the so-called conquerors. The center of the cities equipped with plaza, church and government facilities. With houses formed in blocks, with patios; dedicated to the sowings, or with infrastructures to complement the ornate. It is inferred, in the beginning, an architectural touch of the same style as the European. And over time, the generations and the different ethnic mixtures, were adapted. As a true reflection of Europe; that influenced negatively, in the understanding and interpretation of what the Bolivarians conceive, as Patria Grande.

In Venezuela, for many decades, the foreign rulers, accumulated capital from agriculture and breeding, and establishing internal-external trade relations; they cultivated political, social and economic ties. Practically, they tried to establish the same structures in general, from the country of origin. Later, initiatives of a new reality emerged, with other approaches, but with the same structural bases; considered as excellent architectural constructions, comparing them with the rest of the countries of the Latin American continent.

Once the independence of the empire is achieved, it continues with the development with a marked European influence, impacted by the confrontations between brothers and widely influenced by a crouched class; waiting for the opportunity to claw and seize power. Since basically the independence is achieved, through the confrontation of the Creole oligarchy, against aristocratic pro-foreign preferences and lived experiences, considered as unjust; taking advantage of a beginning to develop ideological concepts, which would allow to group the indigenous peoples in resistance; overwhelmed, by destruction and annihilation, without any remorse.

The cities were developed with services to satisfy the immediate needs, with short-term designs and with the vision of the strange world for the natural one and later, with certain regional influences; with Third World complexes. At present, many Latin Americans and the Caribbean believe that they can not achieve the dreams they desire; without considering, that, if they can not in a way, there can be many other roads with great possibilities of reaching a more balanced development and with justices, that allows people to live in peace, establishing rules, regulations and laws, within certain limits possible humanist.

In most cities, not to mention all of them, initially with short-term services and at present, obsolete. They require large investments, which require partial solutions, which, in the long run, due to high cost, result of political, economic and social implications, variables involved in all scenarios, in order to expand the control and resource appropriation capacities .
