Recipe: halua of boots

A little different way of making halua.

Ingredients: 1 cup of boot gram. 1 cup of sugar 2 cups of milk Salt one pinch Ghee one and a half tablespoon Cardamom 3/4 1 piece of cinnamon. Bayagata two

Method: After brushing the boots for 7 to 8 hours, then after washing it, boil it with milk. Boil it in such a way that the pulses become soft.

Then peel it in a pan or blender, refine it. You can give a little water if needed.

Heat half a tablespoon of gravy, add cinnamon and bay leaf, mix lightly mixed pulse and cook medium.

When the white color of the pulse is changed, keep adding little sugar. Cook the sugar thoroughly and make it glue and cook it until it becomes heavy by leaving the pulse of pulses.

Before removing, add the remaining 1 tablespoon of ghee to the mixture.

Keep the pan in the pane that will keep the pans beforehand. Take out the hot spices before halua poured. Then after cooling down, put it in the fridge for a while, it will be useful to cut or to make any design.

The airplane box filled with fridge and it can be left for a long time.
