2010 yılının Paris’inde geçiyor. Şehrin arka sokakları gittikçe karanlık ve daha tehlikeli hale gelmiştir. Hükümette, varoşların bulunduğu bu bölgelere duvarlar örmüştür. Çete kavgaları iyice kızışmıştır.
