In this testnet, the current supply is in the same order of magnitude as the main-net supply. So by using the testnet blockchain normally, posting and voting, this will help identify other issues that might be present. In fact, nobody has to post and vote on the testnet because activity on the main-net is automatically repeated on the testnet, but it doesn't hurt to also do activity manually.
