Wow only two weeks? your doing much better than I have in two months, and I was even graced by Curie in one of my posts of my scifi novel. I'm sorta taking a break from writing as I'm trying to bring a bit of awareness to the silliness of the pay-to-play side of Steemit.

You may want to consider joining @adsactly if you havn't already, They may be able to help with you setting up or possibly financing the your work for the deaf. I'm still learning about the them but it seems like a great community and there are a lot of people looking to help with projects. Just a thought.
Dead serious, this account isn't even a month old yet. You should be able to see my join date on my profile :p "Joined February 8, 2018" and that's the date I registered, took 8 days to get approved and to start using the site. So February 16th ish.
I'm aware of them and other projects, I'm kinda working on my own at the moment. I don't personally want to get out and beg, feel like crap typically already on account that I'm disabled ..... One of those "I really just want to work even if it's writing" type of things ya know?
If some big dog comes by and goes "Oh hey, look, a project I can support" and donates SBD or SP or something, I won't complain, but I'm not going to beg for it either.
Sorry, I shouldn't have put the ? I didn't mean it as though I didn't believe you. It was more of a shock thing. I'm not very good at typing with inflection. I saw your profile but it just said feb, I hadn't looked it up on one of the other sites that give more details.
As concerning Adsactly, it's not a begging wort of thing, It's more a a place to put forth propositions of stuff, to see if others want to participate and or partner with others. Sort of a giant community of talent pools and people help/hire/work with/donate/partnership to what they like. That being said nothing wrong with going at it yourself, if you got the time, more power to you. I have more ideas than time :( so I get nothing done. lol
I have far more time than I have ideas. It's all cool though, I'm sure things will work out. Besides I have a community I'm developing, just taking a break this evening from it, will finish that project tomorrow before announcing it and releasing it to the public. :D
