The meditation I had today was very helpful for me. It was helpful in part because it allowed me to feel relaxed in a way that I rarely get to feel. That's the reason why I'm sharing my experience right now.
Practice meditation. It is fundamental. Once it is enjoyed, it can no longer be abandoned, and the benefits are immediate.
