Boss of the day: Donald Friese a.k.a. the boss who gave millions to his employees

Donald Friese's life story is interesting enough (abandoned by his parents at 5, joining the army, starting a job at the lowest position, slowly climbing the ladder until becoming the owner, and selling the company for $1.3 billion while remaining the CEO), but what really makes him stand out is how he thanked his employees for their hard work: When he sold his company and got all this money coming in, he decided to allocate a big chunk of it ($86 million!) to give his employees as a nice big thank you. Two of them were so special for Donald that he gave them a million dollars each!
If somebody deserved the Best Boss mug, it sure is Donald Friese!
