Suck it up

Not every day is perfect. Every day we are hit with multiple opportunities some good and some bad. Some days those opportunities are taken down one by one with complete confidence and when people ask how you are today you say “Im doing GREAT! How are you?” Other days these opportunities smack us in the face one after the other and when asked how we are doing we say “Well its one of those days…”
My job, i feel, is to spread positivity. Its not being done enough, in general. So its especially tough when on a day such as the latter to maintain a positive attitude. Because believe it or not, even the ABSOLUTE most amazingly positive people have some crap days. Crap days happen to everyone.

The days are different, meaning they could happen for different reasons. Someone says something that makes you mad. A customer is irritated at an order and its YOUR fault. You may just wake up in an all around bad mood and your not sure why you are that way.
There area a few things that have been PROVEN to make your day go better. You could scour Instagram and Facebook for some positive vibes/influence to help you get out of your slump. You could go outside and soak up some vitamin D (if its sunny). You could play the ignorance game and ignore the feeling of being “down”. Or you could suck it up and do something.
Chances are if youre on Facebook or IG and youre seeing these “moguls” that are making money living on the beach. You're seeing ads for get rich quick schemes that are bull crap. You're wondering to yourself, “Why am i not there yet?”. You’re not going to cheer yourself up by seeing that.
When you actually DO, a crazy thing happens. Things start to get better. I dont care if you work at a daycare, or a sales job, your day gets better. If you actually focus on your work, your 100% more likely to make a sale and change your mood.
Im of course speaking from a work point of view. Maybe youre down because youre tired of your job that you hate, doesn't pay you well, and the boss is a jerk, so why not quit? DO SOMETHING! Doing something is not posting about how bad your day is, because no one cares. That doesn’t pay. Doing something is not whining to your co workers about how bad your day is because NO ONE CARES. OH and that doesn’t pay either.
Having a bad day? Shut your mouth and put in some work, see how drastically your day improves. Done.

Couldn't agree more, I have read v the secret and other similar books and I do (on the whole) try to be positive.

But nothing and I do mean NOTHING will happen without action and planning, life will happen some of it will be good and some bad.

The only one that can deal with it, is YOU, work hard and overcome whatever is thrown at you!
